These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bd25 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing or using the bd25.cam website, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General Provisions and Definitions

3. Account Management and Security

• bd25 is not responsible for suspicious activity if account details are exposed to a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Account access is for personal use only. Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bd25 is ৳200 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional time may be required during the verification process.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• bd25 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspicious transactions.
• For bank transfers, the financial institution's own processing time may apply.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bd25 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. If any transaction appears suspicious, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the specified time limit from the date the bonus is received.
• bd25 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The bd25 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier. Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.8%, and Platinum 1.0% weekly cashback. Progression through VIP tiers is determined by the user's activity and contributions.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bd25 are considered final and cannot be cancelled unless a technical error has occurred. Sufficient balance must be available before placing a bet.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
• If a technical error produces an abnormal result, bd25 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake.
• All sports betting, including cricket betting, is governed by bd25's sports betting rules.

6.2 Cricket Betting

When betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international cricket tournaments, the specific rules for each match will apply. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is generally returned.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated in real time. In the event of a disconnection, bd25 will review server logs to determine the outcome. The decisions of live dealers are final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd25 platform:

• Using bonus methods to defraud or exploit the system ("arbitrage" or "bonus hunting").
• One individual operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Hacking or other technical manipulation to influence game outcomes.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as a proxy.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

Accounts involved in any of the above activities will be closed immediately and all funds may be seized.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd25 platform — including logos, brand identity, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is intellectual property owned by bd25. Reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited. Limited permission is granted for personal and non-commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bd25 shall not be liable for the following:

• Direct or indirect losses arising from a user's activities.
• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Failures or delays by third-party services.
• Losses caused by malware or security breaches on the user's device.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming or betting.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by bd25

bd25 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Upon instruction from a competent authority.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.
